How Our Team Works

Our dedicated team of educators, highly trained in technology, subject matter expertise, and modern pedagogical methods, visits communities to set up interactive digital environments. These environments are equipped with cutting-edge digital tools that create an engaging and participative learning atmosphere, distinctly different from traditional classrooms. Within these digital spaces, our educators work closely with groups of underprivileged students, focusing on enhancing their conceptual knowledge through interactive and immersive experiences. This innovative approach not only makes learning more accessible but also significantly improves the students' understanding and retention of core concepts.

Tech-Basta Process

The Tech-basta program begins with a comprehensive initial assessment to evaluate students' proficiency in core subjects such as Mathematics, English, Hindi, and Environmental Science (EVS). In addition to academic skills, we also observe and measure students' behavioral skills and language proficiency and mental health. This preliminary evaluation provides a clear understanding of each student's baseline knowledge and capabilities, allowing us to tailor our educational resources and interventions to effectively address their specific needs and foster holistic development.

Post-Assessment Structure

After preliminary assessment, the students were shown interactive multimedia modules from the Tech-Basta kit on the particular topic and made to repeat along. They were given learning modules and assessment tools to evaluate the change after using the kit.
